Automotive Company Requires:
-Costumer Service Agent for its operations in Juárez City Facility.
Requirements
-2 years of by-the-phone Costumer Service experience.
-College Degree in Social Science is a plus.
-Fully English-Spanish billingual, or at least 95% in english (mandatory).
-2nd shift schedule availability.
-Experience in automotive/maquiladora enviroments is a plus.
Tasks and Responsabilities
-The incumbent will take care of Costumer Service activities such as phone calls and video calls in a daily basis.
-Take orders from company’s clients in a detailed manner.
-Process the client’s product orders in the system in an exact manner.
-Keep clients informed about the status of their orders in case needed.
-Maintain thorough communication with the production department so the production may take place.

-Able to work with technology.
